Don't mind the quiet, I've just gotten a large part of my comfortable unemployment eaten up by a very temporary pseudo job at the Faculty Library of Natural and Health Sciences. I started Monday and I'm still adjusted, but so far it's pretty fun. I need to exploit the bonuses I get grossly because it's only four weeks all in all and I just discovered I have access to a surprising number of comic literature ebooks that I very much intend to get my grabby little hands on. Fun fact by the way, that library is the first in the world that's shifted to (almost) only buying ebooks.

Projects, also projects.
You might have noticed I'm being more active again. Turns out I've hit exactly the right idea to get me back to producing things, so sooner or later the results will show up here.
I also finally got some old things scanned so that helps.
In other news you can download the soundtrack to Gravity Falls, free and legally. So thanks to the composer who uploaded this earcandy.

What is it with Lego?
I'm not quite sure when it started, but at some point around last year I've been hoarding Lego sets. Big ones, medium sized, small... if I can I'll grab it and add it to my pile. I literally have two boxes full of unbuilt sets and I'm in a self imposed building ban until I can get hold of a place to store the finished ones. And I regret -nothing-about this. Except maybe not grabbing more sets when I had first pickings of extremely reduced water "damaged" sets. Who cares if the box is 50% tape and still soggy, as Lego goes they were dirt cheap.
...I do wonder why I have so many Star Wars sets though, because I'm in no way a dedicated fan, and
Neat comics kickstarter
Take a look at some of the pages from Outdoors/Indoors by Bizhan Khodabandeh. It looks like a really gorgeous silent infinite canvas comic featuring two cats. If you back it you'll also support the creation of a a system that’ll improve the creation and reading of infinite canvas comics which will be free after completion. The project is fairly close to running out of time and I just discovered it today, but personally I think it's worth backing it for the comic alone. There's both PDF and print versions available for fair prices.
Dusting off old projects
Not much happening here but I haven't really felt like starting anything big lately.
So you're stuck with the occasional fanart (look, I'm branching out) and random stuff I dig out from the internet for the time being.
Hopefully that's good enough.
