Different world me concept

I guess knows what I had in mind when I made this. But here's an explanation for the rest of us.

This is what I'd probably look like if I happened to live in a happy shiny fantasy-world with magic and people who used magic and people who accidentally got inflicted with some kind of really weird spell... Yeah, I'd be in the last category if you were wondering. I probably wouldn't be able to use magic, or I'd be limited to doing some kind of useless thing like... I don't know. Something that couldn't possibly be very useful. Most of the world would thin I was a bit crazy anyway. I could go on, but I never really felt completely happy with the design, so it's non-official anyway.
